1. By viewing this website you are deemed to have agreed to the terms of Ling3r Designs contained within this terms & conditions page. Also, by signing our "Design Process Acknowledgement" you are required to agree with these terms and conditions.
2. Amendments may be made to the Terms and Conditions at any time. It is the responsibility of the user to review terms and conditions.

3. All designs, artwork and content within this website is the intellectual property of Ling3r Designs. The techniques and process used in all work are and remain the intellectual property of Ling3r Designs.
4. Images and content within http://www.ling3r.com and its affiliated sites cannot be copied or reproduced in part or in whole without earlier written consent of Ling3r Designs.
Terms of Trade
5. All projects taken on by Ling3r Designs are aimed to be priced evenly and fairly whether it be for video production, graphic design, web design, web development or any other product or service.
6. All cost estimates are based on an hourly rate taken to complete the job. If a project takes less time to complete than the quoted timeframe we invoice less accordingly. If a project is going to take a great deal more time than initially estimated, we will inform you early and detail the reasons why this time blow out may occur. We will then revise the cost to be satisfactory to both parties.
7. At the beginning of each project you are required to sign the "Design Process Acknowledgement" before designing can commence.
8. Clients using FTP accounts to manage their website, have full responsibility for any malfunctions within the site. Charges will occur if Ling3r Designs is to repair any fault.
9. Starting a project or job implies that you agree to our terms of trade.
Payment Terms
10. We invoice once the job has been completed. All payment terms are strictly 14 days from date of invoice.
11. Projects that are deemed to have a large quoted amount will require a down payment before the project will commence. The down payment will be 25% of the quote provided.
12. Once down payment has been payed, it will not be refunded if the project is abandoned.
13. If you have a query or complaint regarding invoicing please lodge complaint within 14 days of receiving invoice.
Ownership of artwork
14. All artwork created by Ling3r Designs will be owned by the client once the invoice had been paid in full.
15. Ling3r Design may use all artwork in a promotional manner unless requested otherwise at time of providing cost estimate.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Any information given to Ling3r Designs is considered private, and is not supplied in any form to other parties. We cannot however be held responsible for the actions of any third party that is not under the control of Ling3r Designs.
